Easter at this hotel. Two free drinks on arrival and a basket of chocolate in the room. The hotel's location is near the beach and shops, which is a plus. The pool area is well equipped with sun loungers and shades.
The food is mediocre, and the service is slow. The staff seemed uninterested and lacked enthusiasm.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort. The staff were incredibly courteous and friendly, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. As an all-inclusive guest, I had everything I needed right at my fingertips. The pool bar was a great spot to relax and the variety of lounging areas allowed me to find my perfect spot. The food was excellent, with a robust variety for breakfast and delicious options for lunch and dinner. The Katoi restaurant, the main dining option, had different options every night and I loved trying the different dishes. The entertainment crew were fun and pleasant, and I particularly enjoyed the archery lessons with Marcel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the private hot tub was a nice touch. The cleanliness and amenities in the bathroom were also great. The hotel also had two pools, one for everyone and one for adults only, and they were just the right temperature. The staff provided great recommendations for local restaurants and wineries, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing could have been better.
